I capture the essence of Luarta spirit in this beautiful illustration and wanted to share with you Luarta was a special needs child, the daughter of Martha Rhaulin who passed away at an early age. Luarta touched many people with her magic smiles in her short lifetime. She taught those that were fortunate enough to meet her that through the pain and difficult times we can still find happiness.
